Terms and Conditions
Aibigo Getaways Ltd. Last updated: February 2026. Please read these terms carefully before booking.
1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, "we", "us", "our" and "Aibigo Getaways" means Aibigo Getaways Ltd. "You" and "your" means the person(s) named on the booking. "Trip" means the travel arrangements and services we have agreed to provide to you. "Contract" means the booking contract between you and us.
2. Booking and Contract
A booking is confirmed when we receive your completed booking form and the required deposit (or full payment where applicable), and we send you a confirmation. The contract is made when we send that confirmation.
You must ensure that all details on the booking form are correct. We are not responsible for any loss or expense due to incorrect information. The lead name on the booking is responsible for the booking and for informing all other members of the party of these terms.
3. Payment
Payment terms will be set out in your booking confirmation. Unless otherwise stated, a deposit is required to secure your place, with the balance due by the date specified in your confirmation.
If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled and apply our cancellation charges. All prices are in GBP unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.
4. Cancellation by You
If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. The cancellation will take effect from the date we receive your written notice. Cancellation charges will apply as set out in your booking confirmation or trip-specific terms.
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance that includes cancellation cover at the time of booking.
5. Changes or Cancellation by Us
We aim to provide your trip as described, but we may need to make changes (for example to itineraries, accommodation, or transport) due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, safety, or operational reasons.
If we have to cancel your trip before departure, we will offer you an alternative trip of comparable standard (if available), or a full refund of monies paid to us. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from cancellation or change.
6. Our Liability
We accept responsibility for the acts and/or omissions of our employees, agents, and suppliers, subject to these terms. Our liability is limited to the price you paid for the trip (excluding insurance and amendment charges).
We do not accept liability for loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to war, terrorism, natural disaster, or failure of transport. You must comply with all local laws and with the instructions of our guides and representatives.
7. Insurance
Adequate travel insurance is strongly recommended for all trips. Your policy should cover medical expenses, repatriation, cancellation, curtailment, and personal liability. We can provide information on suitable policies but do not sell insurance.
8. Complaints
If you have a complaint during your trip, you must inform our representative or guide at the earliest opportunity so that we can try to resolve it. If the matter is not resolved, you must notify us in writing within 28 days of the end of your trip. We will not consider complaints received after that period.
9. General
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. The version in force at the time of your booking will apply. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the remainder will continue in full force.
